Stephanie Stromfors, Esq. has experience handling all aspects of family law matters, including, but not limited to, paternity, annulment, child custody, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, business valuations, Orders of Protection, and post-decree matters involving enforcement or modification of the original Decree. She is admitted to practice in the State of Arizona and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
Ms. Stromfors attended Pennsylvania State University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Education. After working several years with populations afflicted with mental health and chemical dependency issues, Ms. Stromfors went on to obtain her Master in Social Work from Arizona State University. She completed her Juris Doctor with Arizona State University and, in 2000, became a member of the State Bar of Arizona. Ms. Stromfors is the owner operator of her own firm, Stromfors Law Office, P.C. , which she opened September 1, 2004. Since that time, she has worked with a wide variety of legal issues involving various aspects of the family, including but not limited to dissolution, premarital agreements, custody, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, guardianship, severance of parental rights, adoption, advocacy on behalf of children in family court, juvenile cases, and probate court. While Ms. Stromfors is a businessperson and a lawyer, her true passion is acting as an advocate for children.

Brett Popilek
Brett is a long time Arizona resident and graduate of Arizona Summit Law School. He has extensive experience over many different areas in the legal system having worked for Superior Court judges in addition to practicing in several areas of law.
Brett has considerable experience in both family law as well as juvenile law, having previously been an assistant in a prominent family law firm conducting legal research, assisting with client meetings as well as trial preparation. Brett has also worked in personal injury law for a major law firm in the Valley where he conducted client intakes, navigated medical issues and negotiated settlements for his clients.
Family law has long been Brett’s passion and his phenomenal attention to detail, knowledge of the legal system and ability to fight for his clients ensures his clients are always well informed and kept up to date on their cases.
